The first westbound train to leave Edmonton after the strike of '95 was this intermodal train (COFC, double stack and TOFC). I think that it parked in Walker Yard during the strike. I do not remember seeing it in Bissell Yard.
The curved graded ROW will soon host a shoe-fly for these tracks as the City/Province finally begins the project of Highway 216. a RR bridge and highway underpass will eventually grace this location.
