Well, my search for any action on the Sydney Coal Railway in Cape Breton recently turned up zero results. A long drive it is, too. So, I guess I have to satisfy my mini-craving with a look at the power under it's previous name as the Cape Breton Development Corporation ... DEVCO. Here, a pair of GP-38s, 226 and 227, look fresh out of Londons GMD plant.
