Acouple large engines are assigned to the Edmonton to Calgary train quite regularly. Leading is CN's first standard body type of GE, and trailing is CN's first Cowled type of locomotive (or did the HR616 precede this?).

    HR-616 first, delivered in 1982 iirc.

    Thank you, both. I figured that folks would know the relative ages of the locomotives off the top of their head. I was just too lazy to pull out a Trackside Guide ;-)
