I’m very glad I managed to make it out for both of 2816’s visits to Ontario. The amount of other railfans out for its visits was crazy, which made finding locations not swarming with railfans even harder. This day I was out with my good friend Brian Switzer and a few of us decided to venture below the high level bridge at Desjardins rather the shoot off of it. I’m still impressed I didn’t get any other railfans in the shot.

  1. I was up on the bridge for this! What a fun day.

  2. I believe I shot it off of there for the northbound trip

  3. Despite bringing a good camera (I only had it a couple months) I don’t think I pulled off a single good photo. I was a horrible photographer back then :)

Had no idea what I was doing… but I was out practicing :)

  4. Looks like all that practicing paid off :)
I wish I could retake a lot of my early photos.
