Two sets of power are seen at Canadian Pacific's Quebec Street yard in London. The power included, CP 8232/HATX 510 and HATX 518/HATX 517. At this time, CP was utilizing several 4-axle HATX/HELM leasing units on their local assignments across Southern Ontario on the STL&H.
