Back when TH&B agreement was still in place – crews would recrew either here Northbound or at SNS Kinnear Southbound. You could count on something being parked here very very often

IIRC it was around 2012 that they changed the agreement and made it run-thru. Every train changed crews at kinnear before then IIRC
