CN people are working with crane CN 50000 to get MLW RSC-14 CN 1784 back on track after a derailment in Halifax.
The RSC-14's were RS-18's re-trucked by CN to spread their weight across six axles, for branch lines with light rail in the Maritime provinces.
The A1A trucks were taken from retired RSC-13's and RSC-24's which previously served that assignment.
RSC-14's were derated from RS18 original 1800 HP to 1400 HP, probably the safe limit for the A1A traction motors.
Location within Halifax is unstated, mapped to vicinity of Fairview.
