Caption: Making its way up to Northern Ontario from Toronto along the CP Mactier Sub, Canadian Pacific’s train 421 North makes a brief stop at Spence Yard to drop a couple gondolas from Toronto at 17:16 during the sunny Saturday evening of May 16. Trains final destination is Winnipeg Manitoba and the power on today’s train was a treat also. Behind the ordinary ac4400s finds a somewhat rare CP gp38-2 (for a manifest freight) followed by a even rarer sd60 numbered 6243 in bright red Canadian Pacific Paint. Crossing you can slightly see at the right is 12th Line Road and we are just south of New Tecumseth.
And yes, the black Suberu parked at the side of the crossing, right in front of the rare sd60 belongs to me. Hehe, only safe place I could really park at this location. Which is a good thing, safety should always come first. Try to remember that please (to everyone who is reading).
