CN 9552 and 9610 are crossing the Thompson River at MP 45.8 on CNs Ashcroft Sub. They will shortly skirt the Village of Ashcroft as they make their way further west. CPs Thompson Sub runs parallel here but goes through the rail yard and village rather than around it. Not much has changed here since '95. Still a wonderful place to spend the day and shoot trains.
