I had a little fun with CN - CP in the same photo this morning. This is the Fort Sask. switcher finally on the move after waiting for a couple of CN trains to clear the diamond at Clover Bar. I have not been at the tracks for a few weeks and what a difference today. 6 trains, all in good morning light, in an hour and half. I have not seen this much action in awhile. I must thank M. Berry for his recent comment that they are bringing CN GE barns back into service. It got me thinking, if it is busy there (Quebec) it could be busy again here, it is. :-)
