CN Yager is a spot I find myself at on pretty much every trip to Niagara. The southbound angles over the bridge or under the signals are both pretty predictable and easy shots. The northbound angle however was one I had yet to explore. As I have mentioned previously, 531/530 were cancelled for a while this Spring/Summer, and the duties were handled by 562/561. 562 was going over the border into Buffalo earlier than 531, and thus 561 was returning earlier than 530 normally would. This meant opportunities for shots on the return trip such as at Duff, and other locations on the Stamford Sub. This was the only shot I'd manage this summer of a northbound here. You can clearly see the third crew member in the trailing unit - a product of physical distancing. The track at right is the Humberstone Spur.

  1. Cool, not only can you see him in the window, his reflection in the mirror is also visible. :-)
