CN 303 travels north coming around the bend at Gormley ON, and is greeting with a clear on the approach to Quaker, and a very happy railfan. CN 2429 (C40-8M), CN 5611 (SD70I) make up the power for this train.
This was actually the first ever train I shot with my current camera, and this specific consist isn't catchable today, as CN 2429 is one of many C40-8M "Cowls" that have been sold for scrap. While that news, when it first broke out, was very sad, at least I have this tangible memory of 2429 riding the rails one last time.
