The 4th 402 to run from Sarnia to Garnet on Thursday didn't have any cars. Perhaps they brought cars from Sarnia to London, and ran light power from London to Garnet. I don't know, but I sure hope there was cars at Garnet for 401, otherwise I'm not sure why they didn't annul this 402. It takes time for Imperial Oil and Stelco to switch back to rail service after using trucks for many weeks, so hopefully they get things organised soon. Regardless, it was a CN train on the Hagersville Sub. so it was worth a shot.
