Wisconsin Central Railway SW1200 1232 is viewed switching the massive Algoma Steel facility in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario that can be seen in the background. The unit was built as Missouri Pacific 1278 in February 1966 and still had its original EMD builder's plate intact.
