Goderich-Exeter Railway 581 pauses at Goderich, Ontario while the crew finishes their lunch, after lifting salt hoppers from the harbor. Shortly 581 would begin the trip back to Stratford on the Goderich Subdivision with RLK GP40 4095 leading the short train.

Less than a year later, this former CN unit has since been repaired and returned to service following extensive repairs to damage it had received in a runaway derailment in Goderich during February 2021.
