Motoring along thru the hamlet of Yahk, BC, it was nice to come across a CP rail train. And for me, seeing anything in sunshine seems to be a bonus. Nice trio of SD40-2s: CP 6069, 5973 and 5766. Found it interesting that the middle unit, #5973, not only looks spiffy in a brand new paint job, it also still sports the Golden Rodent, which I thought CP figured to be a 'waste of money' these days.
I chose this image out of a few I shot because of the "Saloon" in the background. As for looking for a place to stay, no thank you, I'll pass. :o)
