I’m not much for wandering around on frozen rivers but I didn’t want to lose the chance of framing some Canadian winter activities in front of a passing GO train. A full on hockey game would have definitely made the shot but unfortunately they cleared the ice before I arrived. I have always liked this unique bridge in Port Credit and it’s unfortunate that these days it is almost impossible to capture a freight train of any kind in daylight here. It’s hard to believe there were once numerous rail servers industries in Port Credit, especially Texaco and St. Lawrence starch, now all history as the town is now more focused on tourism like so many other lakeside towns in the region.
