New number, same train....  Transfer Train #H98, formerly Train #T28, sits at Walkerville siding on the east end of Windsor waiting for a former CP Train #141, now Train #131, to finish switching.  Once complete Train #131 will run through VACIS, followed by #H98, prior to both heading to the U.S.  I guess under 'PSR' the trains move faster when you go to all the trouble of changing the train #'s....  Hahaahahahh...........
