Its a bitter cold January afternoon, but the light is perfect as CANDO makes their way along CN's Quappelle Sub. CANDO operates on CN between their own yard at Victoria Plains and the CO-OP refinery complex in Regina proper. In contrast, the cement plant in the background is switched by CN. CCGX 4203 was originally the SOU 2733 and CCGX 4204 started out as DTI 220.
