Normally departing Central Station in Montreal once a week Friday morning at 0815, VIA's combined train for northern Quebec left at 1805 due to a heatwave. Up until last week, VIA 601 for Jonquière would be up front, with VIA 603 for Senneterre behind it. With a change in crew runs, VIA 603 is up front and VIA 601 is the second consist.
