  1. Colin, what a wonderful collection of various paint schemes and equipment ! Could you see if there was a good crowd on board ? Looks like a fair number of riders in the gondola car are enjoying the beautiful prairie weather. Am curious about the 2nd passenger car behind the ONR generator car – do you know its heritage ? Thanks for posting, John

  2. First passenger car is “Milo” a 1947 Budd tavern/lounge originally NYC CAR 406 then through ONT and BCOL to Aspen Crossing. The second car is “Lomond” a 1948 Budd diner/observation (the windows in the rounded end giving it the observation) originally C&O car 1921 (or 1920 according to different records) and again through ONT and BCOL to Aspen Crossing.
