The most recent unit to receive OSR's maroon and cream paint, SW1200RSu 1249 debuted its new colours late in November 2022. Today it trails on the Woodstock job seen shortly after departing the shop at Salford. The first order of business is to lift loaded autoracks from CN for spotting at CAMI.

  1. It would be nice to see both in the same paint, on the other hand, that multi mark looks pretty great too. :-)

  2. Its happened. Of the 8 units OSR used most of this year half are now painted:

    OSR paint: 1594 / 1620, ex CP GP9u, 1245 / 1249, ex CP SW1200RSu
    CP paint: 1591 / 8235, ex CP GP9u, 1210 / 1244, ex CP SW 1200RSu

It’s nice having the combinations available for different matching sets. Not to mention the pairs of FP9As, high nose GP7s, and MLWs if they’re active.

  3. @jacob Patterson What happened with the BCOL units? I remember they had a different logo. That multi mark screams keep 1591 in the same paint.

  4. BCOL units were sold to Sartigan in 2020. 644 and 647 are now running as 2044, 2047.
