The sun was setting on these hulking MLW M-636 beasts back in the early 1990s, and so catching them always made my day when out trackside.
In this instance, CP 4703, 5509 and 4736 made for a nice head-end consist as they approached Concession 7, township of Puslinch, heading west,  on a pleasant sunny afternoon.
This crossing was the scene of a major wreck back in the mid-70s, with two new SDs ending up in the swamp on the right side in this image. Some of you older dudes may remember it.

  2. This is a neat spot – bland for scenery but they love to travel fast through here.
