CN train 97, a Friday only and summer only, Toronto to North Bay train is powered by FPA-2u 6758. CN 6758 was delivered by MLW in 1955 as FPA-2 6711 and later renumbered to 6755. It was subsequently rebuilt by CN to 1800 hp and renumbered again to 6758. Train 97 was always interesting as you never knew what was going to show up on it.

    I have always liked CN’s 6700 MLW’s! They looked great in both paint schemes.

    Looking south from Hillsview Drive., the grading for the new second main track for GO Service looks ready to receive the ties and rails. Hillsview Drive was closed and converted to a pedestrian crossing when Weldrick Road was opened at Mile 20.31.
