It was often interest visiting the deep industrial core of Hamilton back in the early 2000’s, and for a period it was possible to catch both CP and Railink ex CN SW1200’s working side by side. I was t that lucky this day, but did manage to catch up with the CP job this day with a pair of SW1200’s. The 8167 was a personal favourite for me as it’s the only one I’ve ever seen with a snow plow on both ends. The majority still had their original foot boards. The two “pups” have just dropped their train in the small yard here and are in the process of heading back to the other end.

  2. Looks like some new build Canpotex hoppers from NSC in the background.

Marcus, this ‘small yard’ is Adams Yard – FYI.
