I’ve been lucky enough over the years to photograph pretty much all of OSR’s fleet in action. I had hoped to catch the matching OSR painted SW1200’s together but figured it was going to be a hard task as I don’t make it out this way as often anymore, not to mention OSR is a bit more conservative now with the power it assigns to daily assignments. Thankfully the dreary weather this day didn’t stop us from making the trip to Ingersol even though we had no idea what power would be in charge of the days runs. After seeing these two “pups” sitting at the Cami plant, I assumed they would spend all day working the auto racks there. Thankfully after a trip a bit later to the CN interchange, the pair headed to Woodstock with a mixed train. They really do look good in corporate colours. Here the pair are digging into the slight grade with their relatively short train.

  1. Great photo Marcus! A proper looking train, just needs a caboose.
