CP 3016 on the point of E37 outlaws a second crew after much work in the Mosaic Potash Belle Plaine, since starting the day prior. I stayed with the skeleton of this tied-down local to watch the sunset fade into the late-August smoke-filled skies that persisted all summer. This GP38AC wandered into Saskatchewan in early summer and surprised me to see it in active service, given its rare breed of AC power and retaining class light specs, so this shot satisfied my subtle eagerness to catch it.
