Train length in frame! Q102 tends to run in crisp morning light on the Watrous Sub during those classic dry summer months of Saskatchewan, making it a simple waiting game for a good leader if one were to reside in Melville (Mr. Kowalski was driving by me as I grab this frame). CN 8010 serves as DPU on the rear, characterized by a handful of pixels just shorter than the heights reached by the string of double stacks on the horizon, a detail I was happy to spot after shooting. Anyone wanna count the car length?

  1. Amazing shot ! It’s always a bonus when the whole train is captured, especially on undulating track. :-)
