Rock & Steel
Two very imposing sights at CN Henry House, AB Mile 225.8 CN Edson Sub.
The Rocky Mountains, and the CN trestle over the Snaring River where it joins the Athabasca River east of Jasper, AB.
It was a beautiful afternoon to have the whole dome of VIA 8504 Skyline all to myself. Easy to move around front to back and side to side when it's wide open. :-)
Thanks to my friend R.W. for editing the photo.

  1. Been through it or driven by, this bridge is a big part of railroad memories of going to Jasper/Vancouver since I can remember. Thanks for posting Paul. :-)

  2. It sure is a beautiful location. Looking forward to heading back through there in the new year. :-)

  3. Stunning view, love the “in your face” mountains ! What a scenic line, thanks for sharing, John
