Foreign power leading is still a novelty on the Galt Sub, but this one is a little different. Dispatched from Toronto yesterday on 135, 3 foreign units have run to Windsor and back without a CP unit being added.Is this just a fluke because CP has no power of its own lying around, or is CP going to start looking like three US?
