  1. Fascinating to see how this is developing. Will that new bridge be a public road ? BTW, this 148 had an unusual cut of hoppers and tanks mixed into the regular traffic.

  2. I like checking in on the site progress. I would think a Private Road. You are correct on the train makeup, cans on the headend, then some hoppers and tanks with tri’s bringing up the tail end.
