After setting off their inbound cars for a client (GETPAQ) on a nearby side track, CN YRP003-11's power has arrived light power at what was once CN's Longue Pointe Yard. They will go lift seven boxcars from the client and then spot seven more right after. This yard was used for interchange with the Port of Montreal until about 2012. While most of the tracks are still there, they have been completely covered in growth. All that's still in use is a single track that is used to reach the client. Behind is the last grain elevator still in use in Montreal (now owned by Viterra).

  1. An all-around excellent image.

  2. Wish we had more of these GP38 widecabs in Toronto! Love the elevator in the back
