Are you pushing or are you pulling? In this case this is the rear DPU unit on a westbound unit potash train #731 heading into the tunnel at Sarnia, Lead units were CN 2976 and CN 3330 and rear DPU unit CN 3945. The searchlight signals on the signal bridge for the 4th track were recently removed although the track itself was taken out a few years ago now.

    These potash trains (B730/731) seem to be operating south of the Great Lakes more frequently. I believe they used to operate through northern Ontario more typically. Wonder why ?
