Caption: Headed north, L&PS train 13 pulls up to the 1916 St. Thomas Talbot Street station with interurban cars 4 and 10, meeting southbound train 14, with cars 14 and 8. All products of the Jewett Car Company of Ohio, car 14 is the newest of the fleet pictured, being built in 1917, while cars 4, 8, and 10 are products of 1915. All four cars pictured are preserved today. Cars 4 and 8 at the Halton County Radial Railway, car 10 at Exporail, and car 14 at the Elgin County Railway Museum.

Very nice.
There’s a replica of that station there now. In July, my wife & I celebrated our 50th anniversary by chartering a PSTR dinner train. We ran from Port Stanley right up to St Thomas & parked at this location for photos etc.
A lot has changed since 1956, for us and this location.
