Empty hoppers labelled CNLX, NAHX and NCHX are only a few examples of the intials stencilled on the cars rolling behind ONR GP40-2 2202 and GP38-2 1809 along the rickety Kapuskasing Sub. Only a couple miles from hitting the Agrium Spur, named after the customer it services, the crew will head almost directly south to deliver the empties and lift the outgoing loads of potash and return to Hearst by days end.
