The view is north - east, not much in the yard, as the CN move out of Jasper (mile 235 Edson Sub) is underway, the full move to Hinton (mile 184 Edson Sub) scheduled for autumn 2025.

As of June, CN crew changes continue, trains stop briefly, from left, that's CN 2856 west with coal loads awaiting crewing, CN 2977 awaiting assignment, ex Citirail CN 3986 in gray.

At right is the CN Bunkhouse / Offices, note the green trees at extreme right.

The foreground bare spots were trees that burned. Due to safety issues - given the burnt tree trunks remain standing - forestry crews have removed the burned trunks along road and rail rights of way throughout the Park however the sides of nearby mountains are forests of standing blackened trunks.

The station is visible above / beside CN 2856. The 'good' part of Jasper is evident, to the left out of the image the west and south side of Jasper is mainly destroyed.
