Caption: Old Toronto
With alarms set in the early morning hours to see if H17 will be daylight in Toronto, I get a call from a friend saying that they are lined down the Mactier sub, about an hour before sunrise. Unfortunately, the train was already approaching Elder as I got on the subway to attempt a searchlight shot on the Belleville.
So, I went to the closest spot to not risk missing the train in the morning light, which was at Bartlett.
This was my first time back at Bartlett since the signals were cut over, and the scene definitely felt different. But the buildings beside the road still give the spot some photographic value, along with the puddle to make the shot even better.

Nice reflection in the puddle. Bartlett my old
Stomping grounds.
Nice shot. Beats a mundane signal shot any day.
