Caption: Storm clouds on the Horizon. There are dark times instore for Ontario's regional rail line. Cuts and layoffs have already taken effect with the previous weeks cancellation of the Northlander service between Cochrane and Toronto. One bright spot still is the requirement for Monday thru Friday "passenger mixed" service between Cochrane and Moosonee. The rain had stopped and the sun came out just as I got in position to take this classic shot of the Polar Bear Expressed nosed out onto the bridge with the water tower in the background.
