All is quiet in Oshawa at sunrise except for a pair of geep's sitting at the west end of the yard after assembling a ballast train. Ballast was dumped onto the new third main between Oshawa Center and Oshawa West as part of VIA's ongoing infrastructure service expansion along the Quebec City - Windsor route.
