VIA Rail is still in its infancy and it is rather obvious as CN Tempo units 3151 and 3154 are powering an eleven car westbound approaching Dundas Station. For those familiar with this area, note the "guardrail" up at the Peak Lookout. And note the CCSL conveyer is still intact, seen at the extreme right of the photo.
