Having left Churchill Saturday evening, it is now mid-day on Sunday. VIA #92, led by FP9A 6300, has left the Thicket sub at Sipiwesk (Thompson Jct.) and is headed north-west to Thompson where the three flatcars and their accompanying trailers will be cut out of the train. The train will then be backed the 30 miles to the junction from where the onward journey to Winnipeg will continue. Because Churchill has no road access, the trailers carry for the most part consumer goods of all kinds, include perishables, to Churchill.
