    Directly, CN may have three customers left – but indirectly, I am sure they have many many more on other railways (both ETR and CP) via Interswitching rights.

    This being the main reason CN is still in windsor…

    CN has definitely shipped a lot of freight to/ from the ETR recently, with added freight from Windmill extras to beams for the Windsor-Essex Parkway Project.
