The CN Dundas Subdivision's shiny rails reflect the red of the "pups" as the daily OSR eastbound job from Ingersoll glides over the raised diamond at Carew. Call me picky, but the fact the F unit was not on the train was actually to my delight - I much prefer a matched set of power and paint ;) Something tells me the Gypsy Queen agrees with me... :)

  1. So greasy

  2. That has to be the most weed-free section of CN in existence!

  3. Yeah, only because the diamond was replaced (with a floating diamond) in 2012 and the CN track re-aligned the approach to allow for faster speeds. So basically, it’s 100% new track and ballast in this photo ;)
