An unusually foggy December night seems to have thinned out the crowds as CP's US Holiday Train makes its' annual London stop at St. George street. The consist is such that when the performance (stage) car is stopped over Richmond street (closed to vehicular traffic for the event), the engine is positioned right at the begin/end CTC London.
