An interesting mix of older power tags along behind CN 2278 heading up 372's train. In order are CN 4018, 4787, 4132, and 1412, which are headed to Belleville (4132 and 1412) and Brockville (4018 and 4787) as local power - . To me, the real star was the 4018... can't recall the last time I saw a 4000 series on CN and thought they we're pretty much all gone (which they are). DPU was 2225 for the record. 1828hrs.

You'll notice in the background the final stages of work as the temporary shoo-fly is being prepared on the GO Sub north track to allow for underpass construction eliminating the South Blair grade crossing. This work, in conjunction with the proposed GO maintenance facility slated to be constructed on the pile of dirt in the background, will eventually lead to the closing of the bridge to Gerdau Steel, and thus eliminating this view. I have a handy four letter word to sum up Metrolinx that I won't repeat here.
