CP Sudbury-Hamilton train 246 is heading downgrade, framed in the wooden slats of the Snake Rd. bridge - built in 1910 during construction of the charter-named Southern Ontario Pacific Railway (Canadian Pacific) Guelph Jct to Hamilton expansion. This bridge is now closed to vehicular traffic and is slated for immediate replacement due to structural issues. This photo also highlights the brilliant Fall colours of 2010 - best I've seen before and since. Here's hoping this year is just as nice!
