Railtex - meet Genesee & Wyoming. NECR 3840 sits at the Southern Ontario Railway's new Hamilton shop (by Railcare) while 3049 sits beside wearing the emperors new clothes in the form of G&W Orange. 3049, an obviously former CN engine was repainted at LDS in Sarnia from Gulf & Ohio painted, WGCR 9554 (exx YVRR exxx CN of the same number).   1. Out of all the engines that are in the G&W orange dip, the former CN GP40′s look the best to me.
