Yes this is a MLW.  Designed and built in Canada. Circa October 1944. Montreal Locomotive Works serial number 72757 struts her stuff on the (now lifted)  CN Newmarket Subdivision approaching the Trent Canal drawbridge (north of Orillia).   1. I can almost hear and smell 6060 in this photo (but having never seen it in person, this visual does the job!). Quite a difference than the diesel photographs which you have to somewhat imagine by comparison :)
