In response to Glenn Courtney's great photo Former VIA 6305, now OSR 6508 leads the westbound Woodstock turn with a healthy cut of mixed freight traffic out of Woodstock. Oh, and that sound - a pair of EMD 567's groaning in unison as the crew accelerates to 25 MPH track speed. For many of us, this is a real treat, and always a great show put on by the folks at Salford. Is this the golden age of shortlines for 'round here? Sure seems like it!

  1. CP did a great job marshalling that cut of cars for OSR! This photo looks just like the one in the November 2015 Railpace.

  2. Yes sir, the very same.

  3. Excellent shot Steve.

  4. This is standard fare for OSR…. insert locomotives.. click. OSR is what makes this look good! One just has to be there to get it..
