UP 3458 and N&W 6201 sit in the CN yard at St Thomas after dropping there train of empty auto racks in Talbotville by the ford plant. To see a UP unit in Ontario was a surprise and catch of the day. This is the same series of units that where equipped with ditch lights a few years later for run threw service in Alberta and BC on CP. What a snoot .

    Not many Norfolk and Western era shots on railpictures.ca – Keep ‘em coming gents! the Wabash outnumbers the N&W shots I think ! amazing to say…
